Lot 29 Robinson Road MEADOWS, SA 5201

Located very privately on the slopes of the ranges behind Meadows this loved, admired and long-tenured property is about to be sold.

Sound interesting? Then follow me, let's take a tour.

Enter off Robinson Road, down the long formed private roadway, progressing through 9 glorious peaceful heritage woodland acres, continuing past majestic Gums and grassy slopes to arrive at the looped driveway of the home compound.

You are now at the hub of the property, on the high point, and around 400 metres from the front gate.

It is here that the home and its outbuildings are found, positioned to take advantage of wonderful views through large aged Gums, looking northward across the valley and beyond to Mount Lofty. If not for the chitter of the plentiful native birdlife, the seclusion would be deafening.

Now you are here please take note!

Features and benefits include:

• A large timber framed cedar home (see floorplan and photos)
• A self-contained teenage retreat (detached)
• An indoor 17 metre training and lap pool
• Extensive shedding
• 2 good dams (1 is spring fed)
• A well (permanent water)
• Approx 70,000 litres of rainwater storage (new metal tanks)
• A large and fruitful orchard netted and irrigated
• A productive fenced and watered home garden (homegrown vegies are the best!!)
• A never ending supply of firewood
• An established working infrastructure of water-lines, pumps, fencing and yards

This well managed property has been held by its current owners for 30 years. It's perfectly set up for a semi-subsistent lifestyle with plenty of potential to develop further if desired.

Did you enjoy the tour so far?
