2637 Strathalbyn Road MACCLESFIELD, SA 5153

This picture perfect acreage offers gentle rolling pastures, scattered gums and 2 dams. Main dam capacity 1.5 million Gallons.

One of the main features on the property is a 120 year old cottage which badly needs some love and plenty of elbow grease to renovate, it may even need to be demolished.

Currently on the property is a 40 x 40ft workshop with power, 2 x 5000 gallon rainwater tanks, 3 garden sheds, and 6 paddocks that currently run cattle and sheep.

A must come and see!
